COMIC HEAVEN AUCTION RULES
Auction Deadline: All bidding ends Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Mail early so that your bid will reach me on
time.
No Phone Bids: All bids must be submitted in writing via mail.
Minimum bid on all items with the lot number ending in A will be 25% less than the estimated price. Minimum
bid on all items with a lot number ending with B will be 50% less than the estimated price. Example
for all lots ending A only: estimated value $100.00 x .75 (25% less than the est. value) = $75.00
minimum bid. Example for all lots ending in B only: estimated value $100.00 x .5 (50% less than
the est. value) = $50.00 minimum bid.
Feel free to bid on an unlimited number of lots, but please specify the total amount of money you can afford
to spend. We will stop awarding bids when you have reached that dollar figure. If you do not list a maximum
amount, we will assume you can afford to buy all of the lots you are bidding on.
Deposits: A 10% deposit must accompany all bids. Should you not win any bids, this deposit will be refunded
to you.
Full payment is due within 14 days of your winning notification. Your books will be shipped to you as soon
as your check clears. Please be aware that personal checks take up to a week longer to clear than a money
order.
Your winning notification will be mailed to you within 10 days of the close of the auction.

We are not responsible for typographical errors.
We reserve the right to refuse any bid/bids for any reason.
All customers will be responsible for paying, shipping, and handling charges on the goods they receive. All
packages will be insured at the customer's expense.
Texas residents must add 8 1/4% sales tax.
Any Comic Heaven-graded item may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full purchase price refund if
the customer is unsatisfied for any reason. Books graded by a third-party grading service are not returnable.
Items must be returned in the same condition as sent.
Please print your name, address, and phone number clearly on your bid sheet.
In the columns marked "est. value," we have listed what we believe to be the FAIR PRICE of each item. You
may bid higher or lower than these estimates.
If you wish to view our catalog online, simply go to www.comicheaven.net. The Web site features hundreds
of large scans of many of the higher value comic books in the auction. If you would like to see a scan of any
item not pictured on the Web site, e-mail us at your request prior to November 12 and we'll send you a scan.
Please remember that this is a mail auction and we don't accept phone bids.
